Currently work hours are 10am - 7 pm EST Monday - Friday
Orders are processed every Monday & Thursday by 5pm EST
ISsue with order
If there are any issues with your order please reach out only via email at email@example.com and provide your order number. The only information I need is your order number to locate your order and the issue.
How long does it take for me to get my order?
All orders take 7-10 business days (MON - FRI) to process. During holiday seasons, processing time can range up to 14 days depending on high volume. Order are then shipped first class or priority depending on size of order via USPS. You will receive an email notification once shipped.
Shipping of prints are through USPS and can take 3-5 business days after received by post office. No option for signature or address change. Shipping includes tracking that will be sent when ordered is finished being process (except on card orders). Please make sure your orders have the correct address. Any order that has to be resent because of wrong input of address will be an extra fee.
Some orders have to be split. Depending on the products order, shipping my be split for your order because of size and packaging type. If this happens you will receive two tracking numbers. Example: order of 8x10 prints and a poster size (18x24) print.
For "lost" orders. -- Orders has to be delayed 14 days from shipping date for me to file a claim with USPS for lost orders. If your order isn't received in that timeframe you have the option of me resending the order or a full refund.
Shipping is currently in US and Canada & UK for some print orders.
Cancellation / Returns / Exchange
I don't accept returns or exchanges. Orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs of placing the order.
If item is received damaged you must contact me within 48hrs of receiving order. Proof of damage is required including pictures of packaging and damaged item.
Missing or Lost packages will not be covered if tracking shows deliver. Please contact your local post office about a claim.

All original paintings do have a payment plan options that will include a 10% fee for installments. Artwork will not be mailed out until all payments are received. Please reach out via email to set up your plan today.
By law, online sales are required to have sale taxes based on the state in which the billing address is connected to.
