  • If you have any order issues or questions, please only use this ORDER ISSUE FORM to submit a question. This will ask for all the necessary information so that your issue can be resolved promptly.

  • Shipped items can take up to 7 business days to receive. You will get a tracking number once the package has shipped.

  • Mistakes happen and we are always here to help. If you’re missing an item in your package, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Keep a copy of the receipt that comes in the package . Use this ORDER ISSUE FORM to contact customer service about the missing items.

  • Please use this ORDER ISSUE FORM to submit the update / correct address for your order. Have your order number ready.

  • Your order must be $35+ to qualify for Afterpay installments.

    Installment payments will be handled by AFTERPAY and any issues with making full payments.

    There is no interest or credit check with this option. Just set up an account with Afterpay or use your already existing Afterpay account.
